Vitamin and Health Product Returns - Due to the fact that vitamins are a consumable product, for your health and safety we will not take returns or exchanges and will make no refunds for those products. Each container is sealed for your protection. The Variety Shoppe makes every effort to only carry only the absolute best quality products at a fair price. Most all the manufactures we buy from do stand behind their products 100%. Their contact information is on the packaging.

Room and Carpet Odorizers and Deororizers - We do not take returns or exchanges and will make no refunds for those products.

Scales Returns - In the event you need to return a scale to us please contact 1varietyshoppe@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of your package for your return authorization number. Please include in your message why you would like to return the scale in detail.
*If a scale arrives defective, or not "as described", it can return it for a full refund, or a replacement. Or, can exchange it for any scale we carry, for just the difference in price, with no additional shipping charge. We have to be notified about a defective scale within 24 hours of the scales' arrival.
*If a scale is returned for any other reason, we charge a 15% re-stocking fee, and we can't refund the original shipping costs - only the price of the scale minus 15%.
*Please remember that any scales returned for refund or exchange (for reasons other than defective or not as described) must be returned within 7 days of receipt, and must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging and papers. If we receive it in any other condition, it will be returned to sender at sender's expense, or destroyed.
*We do not accept unauthorized returns. Your return authorization number must be clearly printed on the outside of the box. You may reuse the original packing to ship your scale to us. Do not deface the products box. Please ship your parcel freight prepaid with your invoice and a note explaining why you have returned the scale.
*If the scale has become defective other than upon arrival please direct the problem to the manufacturer. The Manufacturer Warranty can be found here.
